Many patients search for a dentist that keeps their overall dental expenses affordable.  Our administrative team is knowledable about dental insurance and is committed to assisting you with your dental insurance questions and claims.  Our team has many years of experience in helping our patients maximize any dental benefits they are eligible to receive.  The dental insurance industry can be complex and we will submit all claims on your behalf.  Our insurance claims process includes submitting any supportive x-rays, photographs and narratives that insurance companies may request.

At the end of your appointment, we ask that you pay your predicted portion (co-payment).  Your co-payment will be less than the total billed amount and we will do our best to accurately predict your insurance benefits.  After your visit, a claim is submitted to your dental insurance office and your dental insurance company will pay us directly.  
In the event of unknown changes to dental insurance benefits or benefit terms, the expected amount of payment may not be what is expected.  Even after receiving a written predetermination of benefits, insurance companies don’t guarantee the exact amount they will pay. To help you receive your maximum benefits, it is very important that we receive copies of insurance communications.
